Q : How often should I have my heating system checked?
A : Like a car needs yearly routine maintenance, we highly recommend that you have your heating system checked yearly or at the very least every 2 years. A quick service call could possibly save you thousands of dollars in costs if the system is neglected.
Q : I hear air in my heating pipes. What should I do?
A : Air in a heating system can be a nuisance, but can also be detrimental to your heating system. Air in a system can cause many issues with your heating system, such as air locks (no heat), cavitation of a circulating pump, and loud banging pipes. If you suspect you have air in your system, give us a call and we can arrange to have a certified, licensed technician come by and bleed the system.
Well Pumps 101
Q : I have little to no water pressure. What could it be?
A : Low or no water pressure can be any number of things. You could have a clogged filter; bad pressure switch, a leak in the well line, a weak well pump, a waterlogged pressure tank, undersized water lines, clogged aerator or a number of other issues.
